Note that a family has high practical need

Click on the ‘Clients’ tab. Search for and click on the family that you wish to put the note on. The search will display suggestions if the name has been spelled incorrectly. Click on the pen next to the ‘High Practical Need’ and click on the tick box.

Note that a client has high emotional need

Click on the ‘Clients’ tab. Search for and click on the family that the client is in. The search will display suggestions if the name has been spelled incorrectly. Click on the family name, and then click on the client. Click on the pen next to the ‘High Emotional Need’ and click on the tick box.
