Add a new external agency to the database

Click on the ‘Services’ tab. Under the ‘Agencies’ heading, click on ‘New’ and add the name of the agency that you wish to track service requests against.

Referral from an outside agency

Click on the ‘Services’ tab. Under the ‘Service Requests’’ heading, click on ‘New’ and select the service that they wish to request. Then select the agency that is requesting the service. Click save. Under the ‘Service request items’ heading you can click ‘Add New Item’ and select the items and quantity requested.
